From a young age I competed in squash at a national level, which ignited a lifelong passion for sport and laid the foundation for a career either as an athlete or working closely with them. Like many athletes I experienced a number of injuries throughout my sporting journey, which ultimately sparked a deep interest in science of human performance and rehabilitation. Now I am a fully qualified Sports Rehabilitation Therapist, having graduated from the University of Kent in 2021.

 I am dedicated to supporting the progress and transformation of each of my clients, helping them achieve their individual goals.

My practice specialises in the treatment and prevention of sports-related injuries across all levels of fitness and athletic ability. I provide a range of hands on therapies, expert advice and tailored rehabilitation programs, whether clients are recovering from surgery or preparing to return to high level competition. Every treatment plan is customised to the unique needs of the individual, with a strong focus on delivering meaningful and lasting improvements to overall wellbeing.
